ဘဝမွာေနထိုင္းမူ႕ေတြပါဖတ္ျကည့္ပါ

ပန္းရံသမားသံုးဦး… တစ္ခါတုန္းက ပန္းရံသမားသံုးဦးရွိတယ္။ တစ္ေန ့ေတာ့ လူတစ္ေယာက္က သူတို ့ဘာလုပ္ေနတာလဲလို ့ ေမးတဲ့အခါမွာ သူတို ့ေတြက ခုလို အသီးသီး ေျဖၾကတယ္။ ပထမ ပန္းရံသမား ။ ။ ကြ်န္ေတာ္ အုပ္စီေနတာပါ။ ဒုတိယ ပန္းရံသမား ။ ။ ကြ်န္ေတာ္ နံရံ တစ္ခု လုပ္မလို ့ပါ။ တတိယ ပန္းရံသမား ။ ။ ကြ်န္ေတာ္ ဘုရားရွိခိုးေက်ာင္းေတာ္ၾကီး တစ္ေက်ာင္းကို ေဆာက္မလို ့ပါ။ ဒီပံုျပင္တိုေလးဟာ ေအာင္ျမင္မႈရဲ ့လွ်ိဳ ့၀ွက္ခ်က္နွစ္ခုကို ရွင္းရွင္းလင္းလင္းေဖာ္ျပေပးေနပါတယ္။ ၁) စိတ္သေဘာထား ။ ။ ကိုယ္လုပ္ေဆာင္တဲ့ အလုပ္တစ္ခုရဲ ့ေအာင္ျမင္မႈအတိုင္းအတာကို အလုပ္တစ္ခုစီတိုင္းအေပၚမွာ ထားရွိတဲ့ ကိုယ့္သေဘာထားက ဆံုးျဖတ္ေပးပါတယ္။ ကိုယ္အလုပ္လုပ္တဲ့အခါမွာ စိတ္အားထက္သန္မႈႏွင့္ ဂုဏ္ယူ၀င့္ၾကြားမႈရွိ မရွိတို ့ကို ကိုယ္လုပ္လိုက္တဲ့ အလုပ္ကို ျပန္လည္ ၾကည့္ရင္ သိျမင္ နိုင္ပါတယ္။ ကိုယ့္စိတ္သေဘာထားဆိုတာ ကိုယ္ ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္လို ့ရနိုင္တဲ့ အရာေတြ ထဲက တစ္ခုအပါအ၀င္ျဖစ္တယ္။ ေန ့ရက္စဥ္တိုင္းမွာ ကိုယ္ဘယ္လို စိတ္သေဘာထားမ်ိဳး ထားရွိမလဲဆိုတာကို ကိုယ္ကို္ယ္တိုင္ ေရြးခ်ယ္နိုင္ပါတယ္။ ကိုယ့္ရဲ ့ေရြးခ်ယ္မႈဟာ ကိုယ့္ရဲ ့ေအာင္ျမင္မႈကို အဆံုးအျဖတ္ ေပးမယ့္ အရာပဲျဖစ္တယ္။ ၂) မ်က္စိတစ္ဆံုး မဟုတ္ပဲ ေရရွည္ကို ေတြးျမင္တတ္ျခင္း ။ ။ အခု လက္ရွိလုပ္ေဆာင္ေနရတာေတြ၊ ၾကံဳေတြ ့ေနရတဲ့ အခက္အခဲ အတားအဆီးေတြ၊ ကုန္ဆံုးသြားတဲ့ အားအင္ေတြကိုသာ မျမင္ပဲ ရရွိလာမယ့္ ရလဒ္ကို ၾကိဳတင္ေမွ်ာ္ေတြးျခင္းဟာ ကိုယ့္ကို ေအာင္ျမင္မႈဆီ အေရာက္ပို ့နိုင္တဲ့ တြန္းအားေတြပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ တစ္ခါတစ္ရံမွာ ကြ်န္မတို ့ေတြဟာ မ်က္ေမွာက္ျဖစ္ပ်က္ ေနတဲ့ အရာေတြေပၚမွာပဲ အာရံုထားတတ္ၾကတယ္။ အဲဒီလိုမဟုတ္ပဲ ရရွိလာမယ့္ ရလဒ္ သို ့မဟုတ္ ေရရွည္အက်ိဳးကို ေမွ်ာ္ေတြးျခင္းအားျဖင့္ စိန္ေခၚမႈေတြကို ဘယ္လို ရင္ဆိုင္ရမယ္ဆိုတဲ့ အေျဖကို ရွာေတြ ့လာနိုင္ျပီး ေအာင္ျမင္မႈ ရရွိသည္အထိ ဆက္လက္လုပ္ေဆာင္နိုင္ေစမယ့္ တြန္းအားကို ရရွိလာနိုင္မွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ Catherine Pulsifer ရဲ ့ပံုျပင္ေလးကို ဘာသာျပန္ဆိုထားျခင္းသာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ မူရင္းအဂၤလိပ္လိုလည္း ထည့္သြင္းေပးထားပါတယ္။ စနိုး Three Bricklayers "Once there were 3 bricklayers. Each one of them was asked what they were doing. The first man answered gruffly, 'I'm laying bricks.' The second man replied, 'I'm putting up a wall.' But the third man said enthusiastically and with pride, 'I'm building a cathedral.'" This story clearly reveals two secrets of success: 1. Attitude - Your attitude towards whatever you are doing determines your ultimate level of success. Having enthusiasm and pride in what you are doing will show in your work. Your attitude is one of the most important things that you control. You choose your attitude each and every day. And the choice you make will determine your success. 2. Ability to See the Bigger Picture - Being able to see the end result, rather than just the task, eliminates obstacles, focuses your energy, and provides motivation to excel. At times our focus is only on the immediate task. When we change our focus on the bigger picture or the end result it provides motivation to continue, it inspires solutions to challenges.
